Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy covers both physical product purchases and digital services. Please read the following carefully to understand your eligibility.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products/Course
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products missing original packaging or labels

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account or UPI wallet again.

Contact your payment provider (Google Pay, PhonePe, bank, etc.).

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or discounts are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver’s address, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please ship it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you’re returning an expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

❌ Refund Policy for Subscription based product:

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for that billing period.

Subscription fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
